The beginning
Our journey began in 1998, when the founding partner, Dr. Roberto Carvalho Brasil Fernandes, completed his law degree and began practicing corporate law. In 2005, consolidating years of experience and entrepreneurial vision, he founded the law firm Brasil Fernandes Advogados, in Balneário Camboriú (SC).
From the outset, our legal practice has been dedicated to serving businesses, with an approach that seeks to understand the client in their entirety—recognizing that every legal decision impacts the entire business ecosystem. We operate with a systemic, technical, and strategic vision, delivering solutions that combine security and sustainable results.

Over the years, the firm has grown, incorporated new areas of practice, and formed a team of professionals who share the same purpose: to practice law with depth, responsibility, and purpose.
